Workflow of Waste Refrigerator Recycling Production Line
1. Manually take out the waste refrigerator, take out the plastic drawers, glass partitions, and rubber magnetic strips inside.
2. Use the refrigerant recovery device to classify and recycle the refrigerant, and take out the compressor and condenser.
3. The whole machine enters the double-shaft shredder for initial crushing.
4. The material enters the metal crusher for secondary crushing.
5. After secondary crushing, the polyurethane foam will enter the foam separator through the air separator. The polyurethane foam is pressed into blocks by the foam compactor. Plastics and metals enter the belt conveyor.
6. Plastics and metal materials are separated on the conveyor belt by the magnetic separator, and then enter the eddy current separator.
7. Copper, aluminum and plastics are sorted by the eddy current separator.
Double-shaft shredders are used for shredding and initial crushing.
Hammer crushers are used for secondary crushing of materials to facilitate subsequent processing.
Foam collectors are used to collect broken foam for subsequent sorting.
Magnetic separators are screening equipment that separates iron from materials.
Eddy current separators can effectively separate non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum, and have the advantages of good sorting effect, high sorting efficiency, and large processing capacity.
