[May 24, 2025], [Zhengzhou, China]-Environmental protection equipment company Kaidi announced today that its independently developed KD-600 intelligent wet copper wire granulator has been officially packed and shipped to Bangkok, Thailand. The equipment will help local recycling companies in Thailand to efficiently process waste wires and cables, and promote the development of circular economy and green industries in Southeast Asia.
The KD-600 wet copper wire granulator delivered this time adopts the world's leading physical crushing and sorting technology, with a single machine daily processing capacity of 3-9 tons and a copper-plastic separation purity of up to 99.9%. The equipment uses water flow sorting and multi-stage screening processes, without smoke and dust pollution throughout the process, saving more than 40% energy compared to traditional incineration methods, and perfectly meets the environmental protection requirements of the "2030 Sustainable Industrial Transformation Plan" proposed by the Thai government.
The Thai partner said that with the surge in the number of electronic waste in Southeast Asia, traditional artificial burning is polluting, and the wire skin is also burned. After the introduction of Kaidi Company's intelligent equipment, its waste cable processing efficiency will increase by 3 times, providing stable recycled raw materials for the local automotive wiring harness and electrical appliance manufacturing industries.
