Successful Commissioning of Custom SS-800 Single-Shaft Shredder for Brazilian Client - Tackling FIBC (Tote Bags)

Henan Kaidi Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. is proud to announce the successful commissioning and trial run of a custom-engineered KD-800 Single-Shaft Shredder for a valued client in Brazil.

This powerful shredder was specifically designed and built to meet the unique requirements of our Brazilian partner. A key highlight of the commissioning process was the highly successful test run using FIBCs , commonly known as Ton Bags or Tote Bags.

FIBCs, due to their large size, woven polypropylene fabric construction, and often residual contents, present a significant shredding challenge. The KD-800 demonstrated exceptional performance, efficiently and reliably processing these tough materials during the trial. This successful test underscores the machine's robust design, powerful torque, and ability to handle demanding applications.
