Customized scrap refrigerator dismantling equipment for Indian customers, ready for shipment

On March 11, 2025, the complete set of intelligent disassembly production line for waste refrigerators independently developed by Henan Kaidi Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. completed the final commissioning and will be shipped to India. The equipment adopts the collaborative operation mode of "mechanical automation + manual assistance", integrating efficient disassembly, precise sorting and environmental protection treatment, marking another important breakthrough for China's high-end environmental protection equipment in the international market.

The third-generation intelligent disassembly system delivered this time adopts the "robotic arm pre-disassembly + multi-stage crushing and sorting" process, and is equipped with six core modules:

1. Automatic feeding and conveying system (processing efficiency of 50 units/hour)

2. Foam intelligent recovery device (recovery rate 99.9%)

3. Double-axis shredder unit (silent design with 30% noise reduction)

4. Multi-stage magnetic separation-eddy current sorting system (metal separation purity>98%)

5. Fully enclosed negative pressure dust removal system (dust emission <10mg/m³)

6. Internet of Things monitoring platform (support remote operation and maintenance diagnosis)

The annual processing capacity of a single production line can reach 110,000 waste refrigerators, achieving:

According to data from the International Solid Waste Association, India generates 3.2 million tons of electronic waste each year and the growth rate is 25%. This cooperation not only realizes the export of environmental protection equipment, but also includes a three-year technical training agreement, which will help India build a standard system for electronic waste treatment.

At present, the company has reached cooperation intentions with six countries in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. It is expected that the proportion of overseas orders will exceed 35% in 2024.
