We are pleased to announce the near-completion of a custom-engineered single-shaft shredder destined for a key client in Malaysia. Recent workshop images confirm core components have been successfully manufactured and assembled, marking a critical milestone in this bespoke project. Designed for high-volume processing of industrial scrap materials, this heavy-duty shredder incorporates specialized features requested by our Southeast Asian partner to address their unique operational requirements.  

The machine’s construction emphasizes durability under demanding conditions, featuring reinforced rotor assemblies, wear-resistant cutting blades, and a hydraulic pusher system optimized for consistent feedstock processing. Customizable screen sizes ensure output material meets the client’s downstream recycling specifications. This project underscores our commitment to delivering tailored shredding solutions that align precisely with regional market needs and sustainability goals.  

With final quality inspections and performance testing scheduled in the coming weeks, the equipment is on track for shipment in July.
