This is a set of 1800 type scrap aluminum crushing and separation machine customized by Japanese customers.Before the scrap aluminum crushing and separation machine leaves the factory, it needs to be tested with materials to facilitate the normal operation of the machine at the customer's place.

There is a film on the scrap aluminum, and the iron, plastic and film in the scrap aluminum need to be separated.

The scrap aluminum is sent into the metal crusher by the conveyor, and the mixed material comes out, and then passes through the zigzag separator, and the film is sorted out by the film collector. Then the magnetic separator is used to separate the iron, and the gravity separator is used to separate the particles. Finally, the eddy current separator is used to separate the aluminum and plastic.
