ZHENGZHOU, CHINA – Henan Kaidi Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. recently completed a successful trial run of its 400-Type Copper Wire Separator for a client in Israel. The machine, which was customized to meet the client's specific requirements, underwent a full test at our Zhengzhou facility before being prepared for shipment.
The trial run was an important milestone in the production process. Our technical team ran the 400-Type Copper Wire Separator through a series of tests to verify its crushing, sorting, and dust removal systems were all performing at optimal levels. The machine processed sample materials on-site, and the results met our quality standards across the board.
The 400-Type Copper Wire Separator is one of our flagship models, engineered specifically for the dry-type separation of copper wires and cables. It features an advanced crushing and electrostatic separation system that achieves high purity rates for both copper and plastic residues—all without the need for water or chemicals. This environmentally friendly design was a key factor in the Israeli client's decision to choose Kaidi.
This isn't our first shipment to Israel. We've previously exported small copper wire recycling machines to the Israeli market, and the positive feedback from those installations helped build the trust that led to this new order. The Israeli recycling sector has been growing steadily, and we're seeing increasing demand for efficient, dry-type separation solutions that can handle various wire types while minimizing environmental impact.
The machine is now being professionally crated and reinforced for the long ocean journey to its new home. Once it arrives, our team will provide remote installation guidance and technical support to ensure a smooth startup.
