The KAIDI Fridge Shredding & Separating Line features a modular design, integrating safety, efficiency, and environmental protection. It begins with the manual pre-disassembly for harmful gas collection, followed by coarse crushing with a shredder, selective iron separation using a magnetic separator (with a purity exceeding 98%), and efficient non-ferrous metal separation (copper and aluminum separation rate exceeding 95%) using an eddy current separator. Additionally, a static electricity separator accurately categorizes plastics, and the entire process is equipped with a foam plastic and dust collection system, ensuring a recycling purity of over 97%. With excellent capacity, it can process 80-120 refrigerators per hour.
This set of waste refrigerator dismantling equipment is composed of multiple machines, mainly including double-shaft shredder, metal crusher, magnetic separator, eddy current separator, foam collector, dust removal system and so on.
The scrapped refrigerators are first pre-processed by removing the compressor, pulling out the glass and sealing strips, and then placed on a conveyor to automatically shred and separate the foam, iron, plastic, copper and aluminum inside.
