Customer Case: Efficient Shredding of FIBC Bags with Single Shaft Shredder
Recently, a customer successfully put into operation our single shaft shredder system for recycling FIBC bags (also known as jumbo bags or ton bags). The video shows the complete working process of the equipment:
First, the used FIBC bags are fed into the shredder through a conveyor. Inside the machine, the hydraulic pusher steadily drives the material against the high-strength rotating knives, which efficiently shred the bags into smaller, uniform pieces. The crushed material then passes through a screen to ensure consistent output size. Finally, another conveyor transports the finished material out for further recycling or processing.
This system not only guarantees smooth feeding and continuous operation, but also provides uniform particle size and high throughput, making it an ideal choice for recycling bulky and tough packaging materials.
Our customer reported that the shredder runs stably, is easy to operate, and significantly improves efficiency in handling FIBC bags. This successful case once again proves the reliability and performance of our single shaft shredder in the recycling industry.
