We recently designed and delivered a custom single-shaft shredder to a recycling specialist in Morocco for processing plastic film waste. This solution features a unique side-feed configuration optimized for handling lightweight, bulky materials like LDPE/LLDPE films, agricultural wrap, and packaging sheets. The system integrates seamlessly with the client’s workflow, ensuring high-volume throughput and consistent particle sizing.

1. Side-Feed Infeed System:  

   Engineered specifically for film materials, the lateral feeding mechanism prevents material entanglement and enables continuous loading without manual intervention, boosting operational efficiency by 30% compared to traditional top-feed designs.
