We designed and delivered a complete, highly automated metal crushing and sorting line for our customers’ specific needs in processing Compressed UBC Bales:
1. Robust feeding system: Custom-designed heavy-duty conveyors ensure stable and continuous feeding of briquettes into the crusher.
2. High-efficiency crushing core: Powerful crusher with high-speed rotating hammer system. The hammers are specially designed and hardened to hit the hard briquettes forcefully and repeatedly, completely crushing and disintegrating them into small particle mixtures.
3. Precise capture of ferrous metals: The crushed material immediately passes through a high-performance magnetic separator. The strong magnetic field efficiently and accurately separates all ferrous metal particles.
4. Efficient separation of aluminum and non-metallic impurities: The remaining material after magnetic separation (mainly aluminum and non-metallic) enters the eddy current separator. The equipment uses an alternating magnetic field to induce the repulsive force generated by eddy currents in non-ferrous metals (aluminum), ejecting and separating pure aluminum particles while allowing non-metallic impurities (plastics, rubber, glass fibers, etc.) to fall naturally.
5. System integration and control: The entire production line is seamlessly integrated, with a high degree of automation, reduced manual intervention, and stable and reliable operation. The control system can optimize parameters according to material characteristics.
